How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the Settings app on your iPhone > tap your name > Subscriptions > AI Supplement Planner > Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Settings > Delete My Account. This permanently removes all your data including your health profile, supplement plans, tracking history, and chat messages.

How do I export my data?

In the app, go to Settings > Export My Data. Your data will be downloaded as a JSON file. This feature requires a Premium subscription.

Is this app a substitute for medical advice?

No. AI Supplement Planner provides general wellness information only. Always consult your doctor or pharmacist before starting, stopping, or changing any supplement or medication.

How does the AI generate my plan?

The AI analyzes your health profile (goals, diet, lifestyle, medications) and creates a personalized supplement routine. It considers timing, dosage, potential interactions, and meal requirements.

I found an error in my supplement plan. What should I do?

AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies. You can regenerate your plan, ask the AI chat for clarification, or contact us. Always verify supplement information with a healthcare professional.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are processed by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and select the purchase you'd like to request a refund for.
