AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided by the AI.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

AI Supplement Planner offers the following auto-renewing subscription options:

Payment: Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.

Free Trial: If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions).

Price Changes: Subscription prices may change. We will notify you in advance of any price increase. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, AI models, and branding associated with AI Supplement Planner are owned by us or our licensors. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal purposes.

AI-generated plans and chat responses are provided for your personal use. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit App content.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of the data you input into the App (health profile, chat messages, tracking logs). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process this data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
